PLONS is a gay swimming club in The Hague. It was founded in 1992 and is therefore the first gay swimming club in The Netherlands.

Levels of swimming range from slow swimmers who for example want to learn to swim free style to master swimmers who frequently visit (inter)national sports events. Professional trainers are present to instruct all members.

Do show up 15 minutes early for changing. After the training most members stay for a drink and a chat. A couple of times a year we also organize special events like BBQ on the beach and special dinners.

If you like to see whether the club might be fun for you too, we offer a free trial training. Simply show up and inform the member behind the desk you are there. Thereafter, if you still haven't decided whether you want to become a member or not, you can swim with us 5 more times and pay €4,- per training. Ask for a subscribtion form if you want to join the club or download it here . 

Membership for training once a week costs €47,- quarterly. Training twice a week costs €70,50 quarterly and three times a week costs €94,- quarterly. Choosing a day during the week is up to you. Want to train more often ? That's possible by paying €4,- per training.
